Search
Cockpit provides a feature for authorized operators to search and list users based on personal information.
Find below a sample of some available search terms:
- User typology, registration brand, entry point, etc.
- User registration fields (email, nickname, date of birth, postal code, national ID, etc.)
- User registration metadata (registration date, entry point, etc.)
- User state searches (confirmed, unconfirmed, etc.)
If the operators that perform user searches and editions belongs to an agency, only can view registered users of their agency.
Details
Provides the ability view and edit:
- User complete profile
- In case of confirmation channels (email and mobile number), it also shows the status of the field
And the ability to view
- User metadata such as creation date, typology, etc.
- User lifecycle status (confirmed, unconfirmed, etc.)
- Associated profile DRUID terms (typology, entry point, property, promotion, etc.)
- Accepted T&C and type
Cancel/uncancel user account
With this functionality, confirmed user accounts can be cancelled by any Cockpit operators that are receiving user cancelation requests (i.e.: via letter or email). The cancelled request can be revoqued again by the operator.
The operator can also provide the reason as a description of the cancelation.
An automatic email or SMS is sent to the user informing that the cancelation process started. It depends on the communication channel that was configured in the entry point used during the registration.
Resend confirmation email and SMS
With this functionality, Cockpit operators can send the confirmation SMS or email again to users that are trying to confirm registration in DRUID.
Again, the confirmation channel criteria (email or SMS) are retrieved from the entry point configuration of the registered user. For example if the user performs a registration from an entry point that requires SMS as the confirmation channel, a SMS will be sent when the operator performs a new user confirmation notification.
Automatic user confirmation
An operator can confirm user accounts automatically without user intervention.
Exports
Enables a set of features to create batch processes that allow to export lists of users and their related personal information to give support to the different departments that require this type of information.
Some users extractions data can be processed in hours, depending on the filter criteria and number of records. For this reason, the data exportation process for user personal information is managed asynchronously to avoid server stress and user wait. This way, operators don’t need to wait until the process is completed. When the dump file is ready to download, a notification email is sent to the operator.
Exportation query based on user search
The “select users to export” process can be managed via search form. The operator selects the list of users to export performing a query on the user search tool, after using the export button available in the search results.
Because the main user selection tool for the exporting tool is the user search engine, all the functionalities available in the “user search” are directly inherited to the “select users to export” tool.
After search results, you perform your exportation and launch it.
Export users from a list of unique identifiers given
Cockpit can create an asynchronous data extraction of the personal information from a list of unique identifiers given (nick, email, national ID, user ID or mobile phone). Cockpit will guide you with a simple wizard to do this extractions type.
List previous exportations
Panel operators with proper credentials, can access to a list, search and download their previous extractions.
The operator can list and search by the metadata associated with the extraction, such as start and end date, total time, title, filename and status.
If the panel operator have the proper credentials, can list the extractions performed by all users.
