Optin management by property and typology

DRUID configures a default communications acceptance, defined by the Company.

Communications acceptance can be set depending on the site’s property and typology. Any specific communications acceptance can be new or legally versioned from the default legality.

Configurable Terms & Conditions by property and typology

DRUID configures a default T&C’s, defined by the Company.

T&C’s can be set depending on the site’s property and typlology. Any specific T&C’s can be new or legally versioned from the default legality.

Normally any new T&C’s will be user verified upon request in login action.

Ability to add new legal checks

By default DRUID manages two types of legal checks: T&C’s and Optin. DRUID has the ability to create additional legal acceptance checks. The new legal checks can be required to user, or can also be edited by the user.

Nowadays in DRUID the legal checks are configured directly at database. In future versions of DRUID, legal requirements will be configured through our Cockpit tool.
